Description
“There was once a Boy Scout who set out on his first adventure. Little did he know where life would take him, or that one day I would call him dad.”
Beginnings rarely feel significant while we are inside them. They pass as ordinary days, as small steps taken without knowing what they will become. This painting looks back at one of those moments, where a young boy sets out into something new, unaware that it will echo far beyond itself. Inspired by the artist’s father, it reflects how lives are shaped quietly, through accumulation rather than sudden change. There is something tender in realizing that what once felt small carried the weight of everything that followed.
